Bringing the CRH Europe Board Visit Switzerland 2025 to life required speed, precision, and seamless coordination. Together with Bellprat, we delivered the complete event experience for CRH’s European leadership team.

As part of the international CRH Group, Jura Materials is a leading company in Switzerland’s building materials industry.

An Immersive Production Journey

Within just three days, we transformed the site with temporary architecture, media technology, and logistics. Designed as a multi-location experience, nine stations guided guests through the cement production process, creating an immersive journey from start to finish.

Working closely with CRH experts from across Europe, we translated complex topics into a modern visual language and engaging presentations. Additional film shoots at Swiss CRH locations resulted in films and animations highlighting innovation, sustainability, and the circular economy.

Flawless Execution

To ensure flawless delivery, rehearsals began two weeks in advance. During the event, 20 speakers shared their expertise, supported by a crew of up to 60 professionals responsible for setup, coordination, and execution.

A key achievement was guiding two groups of 30 participants through all nine stations within four hours. During the transitions, a personal audio system provided additional insights into the Wildegg plant, ensuring a seamless and informative experience throughout the event.
