Video game design and programming to simulate the new steering option within Linde forklift trucks. Engineered into an industry sized original forklift seat with steering, enhanced with kinetic effectors.
Gamification with special technical solution
Explore Linde Material Handling’s cutting-edge forklift control innovation, the EHL system. Our interactive exhibit showcased at the World of Material Handling 2022 in Mannheim; Germany featured an authentic Linde H-series driver’s seat equipped with the EHL controls.
The goal was to simulate the transition from traditional steering to the EHL system playfully yet meaningfully, lowering the entry threshold for real forklift test drives. We achieved this by integrating real electronic signals, creating a realistic driving simulation on a large screen.
This captivating project combined modern gamification with technical expertise, turning heads at the event and seamlessly guiding attendees from virtual to real-world forklift experiences.
